USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY FOR EPISUCCESS
SOFTWARE (EpiSuccess Pro)

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE. By
installing and using any portion of the software, you accept all
of the following Software License Agreement.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. AND YOU,
THE END USER. CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE  INSTALLING OR
USING EPISUCCESS PRO SOFTWARE (the "software").

SOFTWARE LICENSE

GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. grants you the right to install and use the
software in "Demo" mode on any number of computers for an
indefinite length of time. Use of the softwate in Demo mode is
for the purpose of evaluation only. You may not use the software
in Demo mode to create databases, files, documentation or forms
(printed or electronic) for commerial purposes or for use in any
data collection projects, data transfer activities or data
management systems without purchasing a subscription license
for the product for the period of such use.

The software may be "activated" and run in standard mode on the
number of physical or virtual computers ("seats") for which you
have purchased, and for the duration of the license subscription
you have purchased. If multiple seats are purchased for a
subscription period, then all seats will expire at the same time
at the end of the subscription period, regardless of how many
seats had been activated during that period.

Copyright and other intellectual property laws and international
treaty protect this software. You may not alter, modify, or adapt
the software or user manual, or create any derivative works based
on them. GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. distributes the software in
computer executable form only, and does not allow user access to
the underlying source code and data. You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software to gain access
to such code and data, except to the extent applicable law
expressly permits such activity.

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lend, lease or give away the
software, activation codes and passwords to others. You may,
however, with the prior written permission of GLOWING SPIRIT,
INC., transfer the software, written materials, and this license
agreement as a package if the other party registers with GLOWING
SPIRIT, INC. and agrees to accept this agreement. You may not
transfer a license subscription unless you transfer all the
activation codes and activated software at the same time. You may
not retain any copies of the activated software yourself once you
have transferred it.

You may not activate the software on more computers than permitted
by the license you purchased. Any attempt to circumvent the software
activation system is a violation of the license agreement and will
automatically cancel your license to use the software and invalidate
activation code(s) for that license.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the
software is a violation of the software’s copyright and will
automatically cancel your license to use the software.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES

GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. warrants that the software will perform in
substantial compliance with the specifications set forth at the
web site (http://www.EpiSuccess.com)  for the software, provided
that it is not modified and it is used on the computer hardware
and with the operating system for which it was designed. GLOWING
SPIRIT, INC. provides the software and user manual in electronic
download format only (no disc media or printed manual).

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN
PLACE OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GLOWING
SPIRIT, INC. DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR
RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN USING THE SOFTWARE. EXCEPT FOR THE
FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES, AND FOR ANY WARRANTY,
CONDITION, REPRESENTATION, OR TERM TO THE EXTENT TO WHICH IT
CANNOT OR MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW APPLICABLE TO YOU
IN YOUR JURISDICTION. GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES,
REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT
TO THE SOFTWARE, MEDIA, OR USER MANUAL, INCLUDING THEIR
MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD
PARTY RIGHTS, INTEGRATION, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF
THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. is not responsible for any costs including,
but not limited to, lost profits or revenue, loss of time or use
of the software, loss of data, the cost of recovering software or
data, the cost of substitute software, claims by third parties,
or similar costs. In no event will the liability of GLOWING
SPIRIT, INC. exceed the current subscription amount paid for the
software.

NOTICE TO U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS

The software and manual are "Commercial Items," as that term is
defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer
Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," as
such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.7202,
as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R.
227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial
Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation
are being licensed to U.S. Government end users only as
Commercial Items and with only those rights as are granted to all
other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

GENERAL

This is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement
between you and GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. It supersedes any prior
agreement or understanding, oral or written, between you and
GLOWING SPIRIT, INC., its agents and employees, with respect to
this subject. No GLOWING SPIRIT, INC. distributor, dealer, or
agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or
addition to this Agreement and the limited warranty and
limitation of liability. The laws of the State of Georgia USA
govern this agreement.
